I made a withdraw request for 1 month ago and have still not recieved my money. I been in contact with the support on their website everyday the last 10 days. They only tell me the same thing all the time:

Yes your casino was telling me the same thing day after day 1month for a bank transfer? international bank transfer takes 24-48 hours. And if technical problems you should know about this after maximum 48-72 hours. So please stop the bullshit.
Anyway after 1 month and after I put the complaint here, I got the money! thank you, problem solved.

The amount of your payout we have wired to your bank account on 2 attempts has been bounced back and there was a technical issue related to it.
This has been resolved today for you and your withdrawal has been processed, on your Skrill account, so you can have it immediately not needing to wait for another bank transfer.
Once again, we did our best with intentions to process the withdrawal for you as soon as possible, unfortunately the circumstances were unpredictable at that very moment.
