I'm afraid I am not going to get paid my winnings which are a little over $2000.00 there is no working phone number to call and talk to someone in person. They keep saying that their processor is down and payments are delayed. they have no problem taking my money immediately they should payout in the same manner

While you may not like the answer provided, it is the honest answer. You will be paid in due process when your turn comes up. We do not have a crystal ball to foresee an exact date under the current circumstances due to the processor's situation.. Our Finance Dept. will advise you when your withdrawal has been processed and you may contact them directly as you have been. We will not be responding to this post any further. Thank you.

that is not a satisfactory response. I would like a time frame on when I can expect my winnings. It is not my problem you are having processor problems, you still owe your customers an answer and a solution. Like I said earlier you have no problem taking my money right away, the payouts should be as efficient!!

As they have explained to you withdrawals are serviced on a first in/first out basis and the payment option you chose is backlogged on the processor's end. You will receive your withdrawal in due time. Unfortunately we cannot control the timing for all of the reasons already provided to you. Thank you.
