No communication, no payment


I won $1000.00 and the withdrawal was approved on the 31st of Jan I have tried to contact casino but the phone goes to leave message I have left several messages with no response. I just would like to see if anyone else has dealt with this and how long does the payout normally take to receive? I sent all documents in via email and never heard anything back also is this casino still in business?

Yes I did receive my payment yesterday thank you for.the help with this. I understand how the system works now for the payouts. You just have to keep on top of it. Thanks for ask gamblers help with this also.
