Silver Oak Casino - No check in almost 2 months

I have 3 withdrawls. I was approved for my first withdrawal on 3/23/2017 for the amount of $202.00. My second, and third withdrawals were both approved on 4/26/2017 . The first for the amount of $400.00, and the second for the amount of $225.00. The reason that I am filing this complaint is when I filed my last complaint, I was told that my withdrawals were not even placed into the system because of human error. This is getting very annoying. I am thinking of going back to the physical casino on land. At least I don't have to argue about my winnings. They go home with me.

I'm sorry for the delays with this, but I'm making certain things are sorted out as quickly as possible.

To that end, I've arranged for your first withdrawals ($602) to be sent to be processed immediately. I would expect to see tracking on this by the end of next week. I also see there is another $450, which will be sent off, early next week.

I'll be sure to keep you updated on everything, every few days.

We don't receive tracking on the weekends, so I'll be checking again on this tomorrow, as well as on your next payment.

I received one of my checks for the amount of $602.01 on 5/31/17. I am awaiting delivery of my final check for $450.00, and this matter will be complete. Thank you!

AskGamblers Complaints Team have just extended the response time frame with another 96 hours hoping that Silver Oak Casino management will soon jump in with an update on this complaint.

Hi Marvin--

I've just checked on your account and I do see that the $450 payment was sent off for processing on the 4th. With this, I would expect we'll have tracking, early next week. Of course, I'll come back once your tracking comes through. ;-)
