After making many deposits on this site, where my account was fully verified, I finally had a chance for a cash out.
Upon trying to cash out I received a message saying further proof was needed to ensure I was the true owner of the account and that the cash out had been cancelled. When the new document was approved I attempted to cash out again, and again I received a message saying the cash out had been cancelled and that I would not be able to withdraw funds to the visa account that I used to deposit with. The casino asked me to use bank transfer, which I did.
They then sent me a message informing me that this cash out attempt had also been cancelled and there is no way they can send money out of my account because my bank will not allow it. Scam site.

We had an issue with the payment provider and the bank withdrawals for the player's region. Our payment team trying to solve this problem.
Unfortunately, a player decided to play on his money and didn't wait until we will fix the problem.
