Account closure and unavailable balance fund

I played on NeoCasino. My registration was accepted and I was able to deposit money without any issue. However, once I made a profit, my account was suddenly closed.
As a result, I lost access to my account and all the funds that were in my balance. At this moment, my money is still held by your platform and I have no way to access it.
I also want to mention that my experience with your support team was extremely disappointing. I was made to wait approximately 10 minutes between each response, only to be told that nothing could be done. I felt disrespected and not taken seriously.
I understand that you may claim I was previously blocked from another casino on the same platform, but I was absolutely not aware of this. If that was the case, why was my registration accepted? Why were my deposits accepted without any issue? And why is it only after I made a profit that my account was suddenly closed and I lost access to everything?
This situation is completely unfair and unacceptable.
I am requesting a full explanation and the immediate return of my remaining balance.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this complaint to third-party mediation services and make it public.
