Account blocked after winning over $6,000 and I still don't know why

Hi, my name is Elim < surname removed >, 62373470 this is my vbet casino account ID, i won $6k and they blocked my account since 26.06.2018, and i have already chat with them 10 times and they only say that my account under review, i bet on skill games, live buccara, for more than 10 days I contact them and they do not say anything to me why they blocked my account, I no longer know what I'm doing, I read articles about vbet and it's written everywhere that they are deceiving people and making big money and I'm fighting that they are to me deceive, please help me solve this problem

Vbet is misleading you and me, why are you rejecting my complaint, I am ready to give you all types of documents regarding the payment issue.

This is my statement... I can't uplaod it and send to Vbet Casino because of a data stealer issue with Vbet Casino.

You can check it in the screenshot also the UPI transaction ID APLAPa3ded4bd539e307f0766f2bcc628c2

I connected with the bank and they are saying that the transaction was already completed by our side that's why transaction details and UTR details were provided already.

I have my bank statement but I can't upload it here because of a data stealer issue with Vbet and vVet is not doing well you know very well about Vbet and their support or response to recent complaints against them.

I made a deposit before 6000$
After I tried to withdraw funds I was blocked for history check.
The check lasted for 4 months!
Today support inform : block the account without the right to unblock.
No more info.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.

Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.
