Around 1 month ago I won 30.000 dkk in mr bet casino and decided to withdraw. I had to verify my account so I started uploading all kind of requested documents. From payslips to residence proof etc. Everything was verified (according to the casino) except the payment method. As I am using a digital card I didn't have a physical copy to take photos of. However I provided screenshot from the bank app, of the card details (which i know other casinos had approved in the past - but not mr bet). They’ve been asking me for a statement from the bank with the card details and my name on it. I have managed to get that statement, but the bank allows only the last 4 digits of the card to be visible for security reasons. I have also provided that.
After a continuous back and fourth with mr bet, they send me a mail stating: send us the receipt of the payment you did on that day, to that merchant etc and you will be verified.
I also did that. Everything they requested on that receipt was provided. However, again suddenly they roll back in requesting a document that simply cannot exist with my bank.
I ask for help to finalise my verification as they seem to want to keep me in an eternal loop without verifying my account.

Title: Mr.Bet Casino – HUF 800,000 Withdrawal Delayed Since October 11, 2026

Dear Askgamblers

I am requesting your assistance with a delayed withdrawal from Mr.Bet Casino.

On October 11, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of HUF 800,000. The system split my withdrawal request into four separate transactions, but as of October 16, 2026, all four transactions are still pending.

I contacted customer support and received an email stating that my withdrawal is awaiting review and approval by the relevant department. They informed me that the process usually takes up to 48 hours, but delays may occur during periods of high demand.

My account was verified previously, and I am using the same Revolut Visa card that I have successfully used for previous withdrawals. Mr.Bet has not requested any additional documents from me regarding this withdrawal.

Despite waiting five days, I have not received a clear explanation for the delay or a specific date when my funds will be paid.

I would appreciate your help in contacting the casino and resolving this issue so that my HUF 800,000 withdrawal can be processed as soon as possible.

Delayed withdrawals from Mr Bet since October 9 2026

I am filing a complaint against Mr Bet Casino (9mrbet.club) regarding three delayed withdrawals totalling CLP 1,100,000.

I requested the following withdrawals on October 9, 2026:

- CLP 300,000
- CLP 300,000
- CLP 500,000

All three withdrawals are still pending. My account is fully verified, and I requested the withdrawals to my MACH virtual card, which I previously used successfully for withdrawals.

Customer support has told me that there are delays due to a high volume of withdrawals and that my payments are undergoing manual review. However, they have not provided a specific payment date, despite my requests for an update.

I have previously made successful withdrawals from this casino, so I am concerned about this prolonged delay.

I am requesting that Mr Bet process all three withdrawals totalling CLP 1,100,000 as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation for the delay.

I can provide screenshots of my pending withdrawals and my conversations with customer support as evidence.

I have been a customer at Mr. Bet for 8 years.
Earlier this year, I made some withdrawals, and things went fine after a while.

Now I have won again and requested a withdrawal of NOK 19,100, 6 days ago. They keep giving me the same answer over and over: that there is an exceptionally high number of withdrawal requests, that many people are requesting payouts at the moment, etc. My account has been verified twice. Mr. Bet keeps stalling and delaying my withdrawal. Please help me...

I have contacted Mr Bet several times regarding my withdrawal, but I keep receiving the same excuse about how busy they are.

I have been waiting for my ~€175 withdrawal since September 16, 2026, despite their advertised 72-hour withdrawal timeframe.

Every time I contact support, I receive the same response, with no clear explanation for the delay or any indication of when I will receive my money.

I have made withdrawals successfully in the past, so I have never experienced an issue like this before. This delay is unacceptable, and I would like Mr Bet to process my withdrawal as soon as possible or provide a clear and honest explanation for why it is being delayed.

I have contacted Mr Bet several times,receive same excuse about how busy they are they are refusing to follow their 72 hr withdraw time as advertised. It has now been about 2 weeks i have done two separate withdrawals one on September 29th and one on October 3 with a combined total $1.210 and have had no problems with prior withdrawals tell now.

I’ve requested for a withdrawal worth $745.96 on September 16, 2026 and until now it is pending.

I’ve chatted multiple times with them and they kept saying to just keep waiting and it will be processed Usually it only take them 5days to deposit the money but now, it is almost a month and still nothing.

Dear Sir or madam,

I made a withdrawal request on 4th October 2026 for 200€ on Mr.Bet Casino. Mr.Bet claims on it's website that withdrawals are being processed within 48 hours. Well I'm waiting since 1 week but nothing happens.

I've asked the support 2 times for the reason and they say that they have a lot of requests in their system at the moment which causes the delay.

My account is fully verified and I don't have any bonus money active and followed their rules while playing slots.

I'd be very glad if you could somehow help me to make them process my cash out request.

Delayed withdrawal

I have been waiting nearly 5 days for my 5000 withdrawal (which is now 4000, as I've reversed 1000 to see if they'll process a smaller sum faster, as they have done in the past when I was able to purchase a fast withdrawal from the shop they have)

I get the same message every time I contact the support team for an update, and I'm getting sick of it.

I have deposited thousands of dollars through this casino and feel it's really poor customer service
