Withdrawal suspended due to bad comments on players review

Morespincasino is suspending my withdrawal of 1000 in btc because they said I made bad comment on a players review for the casino, which I have every right to. Players review are their for the players to see not for the casino to use against players weather to cash them out or not. When I first request the withdrawal no one from the casino gave and info or confirmation on my withdrawal. I waited waited the support person say some at finance department will contact me, but no one did and until after I talked to lcb support and it and they contact casino, that's when they contact me, so at this point I was pretty heated a d I gave them the review that they deserve which is all true in my situation. I was only stating the fact. So lcb tell to file a complaint cuz they disagree with what the casino is doing. Please help. I just want my fair share of what I cashout. Thanks

So I received an email from their support team to verify my identity by sending a passport, picture of me holding a passport, proof of income. I reply to them saying I don't have a passport because I don't ever go anywhere out of u.s. and never had one in my life..I told then all I have is my driver license and proof of Address in other form. And why would I have to give them proof of income, that none of.their bizness to know..I deposit bitcoin to their to play...do they want my bitcoin address or what..as long as I been playing online casino, I had never run into a casino asking me for my proof of income.. they email me back say driver license is not a valid form of identity and its will not pass for verification..does that sound normal to you? ..I also read threw their t&c ..nowhere on their it say anything about showing proof of income mush be presented to be identify your identity..and it doesn't say you have to have a passport to have yourself identify for casino...as we can see here what they trying to to me..bs me around the bush and not trying pay me..

The casino has not paid out winnings since September 22, 2023.

The output status is "pending".

At first, casino representatives answered my questions. Then they closed the chat. Then they stopped answering emails. That is, there is no connection with casino representatives.

I have contacted this casino with email and live chat but I'm not getting any answers.

I sent all my verification documents over 2 months ago and I have 380 euros there to withdraw.

They dont answer to email and chat messages. I have tried to ask if they need some more documents and what is wrong. No answers.

Two weeks and no verification

The casino rejected my withdrawal and ask me for verification on the 27th August. I completed the verification on the same day.

I have now been on chat three times and each time I am told to wait. This has now been two weeks. I have been told that if I do a complaint they will consider it threatening behaviour. I have asked for a response via mail and have also been ignored for two weeks. I cannot get my account verified by the casino or any help from caht or the email agents.

I made an withdrawal of 2200$ on 17 this month and it's been in processing mode since then. When trying to contact support the only answers that I get is to wait more. I'm KYC verified and did and withdrawal before. It only took 3 days, not it's becoming weeks. Something is wrong and they keep evading my request to get an exact withdrawal date.

Closed account after requesting withdrawal

I requesting a withdrawal for over $400.00. The w/d was in processing for 3 days. I tried to log in and my account was in self-exclusion. I opened the chat and they said my account was closed due to multiple accounts and to read email. I haven't received an email so I replied I got no email, 5 min later it showed up. I'll attach the email. This is not true, I only use one email for anything related to gambling so I asked them for more info proving I had multiple accounts, and still no response.

Morespins casino taking months to pay

I registered and won on Morespin casino on the 24th of April of 2023.

After very poor communication I was asked to verify my account which took nearly a month after they had all the documents. When my account was fully verified I requested a withdrawal for 3000EUR which was approved a week later.

Since that time I requested another withdrawal for 3000EUR and have a remaining balance of over 2000EUR in the account. The withdrawal was requested on the 31st of May and has not been paid yet. When I asked the casino about it they were not able to give me a clear answer.

I am asking the casino to participate in this thread in order for me to have complete transparency as to when I will be paid.
