Fails to respond to or approve my submitted documents and withdrawal request

I have contacted this casino with email and live chat but I'm not getting any answers.

I sent all my verification documents over 2 months ago and I have 380 euros there to withdraw.

They dont answer to email and chat messages. I have tried to ask if they need some more documents and what is wrong. No answers.
