So I won a little money back in early June.
My withdrawal was approved and my check was approved on 6/21/2017 for $200.
I confirmed that all my documents were there and was told to be patient as the check would be cut ASAP.
Today is 8/30/2017 and I still do not have a check in hand even after the casino states that they will cut the check 7-10 days after approval.
I contacted customer service to address the issue and they "will escalate" the issue so I get paid faster.

I am frustrated to say the least.

I've checked on your account and I've gone ahead and put in the request for your payment. I would expect this to be sent off to our processor on Monday and for the payment to reach you before week's end.

I've just checked on your withdrawal and I do see it was sent off to our processor, today. With this in mind, I would expect to see tracking on this towards the end of the week/early next week at the absolute latest. As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll be back to update this thread.
