I filed a redemption on 3/24/26, and it still has not been processed.
They said 5 days. I keep getting the run-around every time I reach out to support.
They claim they escalated the situation multiple times, but it’s still sitting there. I am fully verified, and so is the card I used to redeem.
I would like for them to process my redemption asap as they promised it would only be 5 days.
This is unacceptable, and they owe me money!
