Months of unresolved payment requests
I am beyond frustrated and concerned if I’m ever going to get paid. After requesting my first set of withdrawals totaling $1821 back in December I have been told over and over it is “pending” and to be “patient”. Last known status is that it was finally approved by the processor on 2/16 but not yet sent out. My case has been so called “escalated” many times over and I’ve been told notes sent to the correct department and even referred to a “manager”. Still nothing seems to matter in terms of any signs of expediting my situation. I don’t know what else I can do to get this resolved without having to contact customer service almost weekly on the status. There doesn’t seem to be any urgency on their end. I also have a pending approval for $1000 dated 1/16 and 2 more pending withdrawal requests for $900 dated 1/18 and $2500 dated 2/24. At this rate I won’t receive all of my winnings for another several months which is ridiculous when I invested my own money to win them. In the meantime, I have lost any daily free spins and valuable bonuses I should’ve been entitled to with all my deposits. I’ve been told I’m not eligible for them for as long as there are pending withdrawals on my account. I should’ve be liable for their incapacity to review my winnings in a timely manner. Please, somebody help me!
