I have an account at Montecryptos casino , were I have deposit and played in the last month.
After several deposits without winning until 14-15.09.2019 , on 20.09.2019 I get a bonus from theyr part as new status of VIP player in amount of 650€ with wagerring 50 (32.500€ to play to be cleared the bonus) that I have played in the next day on 21.09.2019 and lost .
On 23.09.2019 I have made a deposit of 350€ from wich I manage to win 17.032€ that I withdraw.
On 25.09.2019 I have in my balance 98€ real money not bonus , with this and with 2 withdrawalls canceled one of 32€ and one of 1000€ I have played and made 3000€ , that I have withdraw.
On 27.09.2019 since they did not finish checking my documents, I have canceled 2 withdrawalls of 1000€ each and from them I have made 5.300€ that I withdraw.
In total I had 23.300€ in pending.
On 28.09.2019 they announce me that my account is verified and to wait email about processing of my withdrawalls.
After few hours they send an email that they take all my winnings because I have broke the t&c reason I was plaing with bonus and the bet had been bigger than 5€/bet . But this is not true , in thoose days I had no bonus active nothing.
They just do not want to pay my winnings and still my money.
Now after several emails with them, they have closed my account so I can not access all my history as proof that I am right and also with a balance of 3815€ value of my deposits.

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with sufficient information and evidence to confirm the MonteCryptos Casino actions in this particular case as justified. Upon the received evidence, it is clearly visible that the player didn't finish previous bonus. With that being said, next deposit was still under wagering requirements, based on the term #1.17
1.17 If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.
Upon everything stated, the player placed higher bets then allowed while playing with the bonus and by this action breached casino term #1.25
1.25 Please also note that a player can bet a maximum of €/$5.00, 1.00 mBTC, 50 SEK/NOK/ZAR or 10% of their current available balance (whichever is lower) on a given round or spin when using bonuses or winnings generated from bonuses (but the 10% rule does not apply to bet sizes under €/$0.50, 0.10 mBTC, 5 SEK/NOK/ZAR). Betting a larger proportion of one’s balance on a single round or game can lead to the voiding of this particular bonus and winnings and voiding of subsequent bonuses and winnings. Repeated abuse can lead to account termination and confiscation of balances.

Normally they should have offer you this proofs until now because this “proofs” are the base on wich they confiscate the winnings no ?!
