I placed a withdrawal order for 2x € 1000,-- on 10.02.2020. After several mail traffic and also live chat, I am always comforted that my order is in progress. My verification has been successfully completed. I have another balance in my player account that I can only withdraw in weekly instalments according to the terms and conditions. Can you please help me?
