Not paying my 250 eur
I am submitting this complaint for your help. I requested a payout for the second time after completing the rollover of a bonus that I took. 3 weeks ago I made a 30 euro deposit and got a 100 percent bonus. I completed the rollover fairly. Once I completed the rollover. Even after the balance was converted to real balance. I requested a withdrawal of 382 euros. At that time customer service asked me to submit documents. After a few days and tons of documents and emails I was told my account was verified. I then requested a 382 withdrawal euros. After a few days the 60 (30 balance and 30 bonus) was placed back in my account . Apparently I I had played a couple of blackjack hands over the max bet. To me this was unfair as the blackjack hands did not make much of a change to the balance won from the slots and was played after the slots rollover. So they simply declined and reversed the withdrawal and told me to basically play the 60 again. So I did. I played through the rollover again. The rollover played again was all placed within the max bet and was requested last tuesday morning. Although I should ask for your help on all scenarios. I'm asking over your help to get my payout now which I correctly played through the second time. I have attached proof that the payout of 250 euros still remains pending from dec 3rd morning. Even on the website it states payouts are pending between 48 to 96 hours to process. It's a few hours from 7 days now. I've sent over 30 emails to be completely avoided. Pretty much always getting the answer it's in the finance department. I have played fair and in good faith. I even got them to state that it will be processed in the next 24 hours on Friday.it is now almost Tuesday. I was promised and counting on these funds as per promise and now the financial responsibilities I have are late and being charged their own fees. I have had a horrible gaming experience and extreme stress over this..please help
