Hi, i played with bonus on montecryptos casino. did wager and checked terms and conditions before. i did won 900 euro and made withdrawal request 16th feb 2019.they day after i got an email that my account was verified- tried so many days to contact them about my account and when its going to be verified. after that i havent got a answer about my withdrawal request wire transfer . i have emailed both finance and customer service and chatted with customer service but they only forward my email to finance department and they do not answer me. what can i do? i think they dont want to process my request and thats why they keep me waiting and waiting. my account is verified. best regards heidi
