I deposited $15 on the 09/10/2019 I then went on to win $200 on the 10/10/2019 I made a withdrawal of $200. Five working days had passed and I hadn’t received my $200. So I spoke to someone on live chat and they told me they would get someone from the finance department to email me. A few more days had passed and no email so I contacted live chat again they told me someone would contact me from the finance department. The next day they emailed me and told me the withdrawal was approved on the 14/10/2019 and if I haven’t received it I should contact my bank. It’s now 26/10/2019 and still haven’t received my $200.
