I requested a withdrawal of 900 eur on 5th of February. The terms and conditions say that the withdrawals are processed within 48 hours. I went to chat on 7th of February and was told that it will take another 48 hours. Today is already a week after I made the withdrawal and the chat just told me that they will inform the payment department and I would get paid as soon as possible. But that is exactly the same thing that happened the last time when I had a withdrawal with them. They were repeating the same thing over and over again until the complaint was published on Askgamblers. Can you Askgamblers please help me out once again.

ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 24 or more (64%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36 of the 37 possible outcomes. - Opposite bets.
Montecryptos reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. Montecryptos can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in Montecryptos promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by Montecryptos management.
