Hi, i made deposit by neosurf 07/12/2019 without bonus, it's raw money , and finally withdrawal 1000 and 500 euros by credit card.
I sent my documents to validate my account 08/12/2019 and I have not received any awnsers from the finance department.
chat support 'told me they had received my documents, however my withdrawals are still pending.
I have complied with the terms and conditions and and I don't understand why I don't have a response by mail from the finance department and that my withdrawals are not validated when the 48 hours are exceeded.

hi,
Yesterday , i tryed withdraw 100 euros with a wrong CVV and no error message .
But if tomorow i don't receive withdraw , i will do a screenshot of my bank account to prove it and send to financial service.
and and I hope they will put the 1000 euros back on my balance to redo the withdrawal.

Hey Lauraoupa,
If there was any error with the CVV you should have received a message during the fill up form.
From what I see the 1,000 EUR as well as the 500 EUR were proceeded yesterday at the same time. I suggest to give your bank one more day or to contact them directly. From our side all is done!
