Sent verification documents within a few minutes of requesting the withdrawl,
received confirmation from the finance departement that my account is verified only after i sent neumerous emails and then had to ask live support to contact them again, only then did they email back confirming the account is fully verified and to standby for the withdrawl email, i received said email on Sep 17, 2019, 3:58 PM,, i like all other complaints made here have been given the same information consistantly by live support. "Its been forwarded to finance team, please be patient, when a casino account is fully verified the withdrawl should have been proccessed then,i was told on tuesday by an agent that i would receive email of the withdrawl being processed either tuesday or wednesday, and now almost friday and still nothing, and nobody from the payment department have responded in over 2 days now, only the same live support answers each and every time, its the most stalling i have ever witnessed on a casino that ive deposited at etc, this should have arrived in my account this week and how it looks now it will be another week, very dissapointed since the ratings are over 8/10 for the casino.
