Requested a Withdrawal on 28th of March, still shows not processed in the History Tab. See attached Picture, Helpdesk keeps giving the standard answers "will be processed..." I Did send them all the required documents, and my account is aproved, See Attached Email from the Casino. I never had such a long delay in processing a withdrawal after my account got aproved by a Casino.

Recieved the Money on my bank account today, therefore this bad expirience is over. Learned my lesson. Closed the Account with them and Never use anything that has to do with Mountberg ever again. Thanks for the Help ASKG team. You can close this Complaint now

Well, the Withdrawal request with the Money they were so kind of not removing from my account got finally processed Yesterday, no Money in my Bank Account yet
