I made a withdrawal of 200 euros on 9th of May. I verified my account and received a confirmation email that my account is verified on 11th of May. According both to their terms and the chat members who I was talking to the withdrawal processing time is 2 days. I have contacted live chat three times and was told the same thing every time: we will inform the financial department, your withdrawal will be processed soon. However, I have not received it yet. I do not know what else I can write here as the situation is very simple: they are clearly stalling my withdrawal. I do not understand why have terms and conditions which casinos cannot deliver themselves.
