So, I deposited 30 euros with bonus and managed to win 295 euros (max cashout when playing bonusmoney is 10x deposit). I made cashout request 17.10.2019 and my account was fully verificated. I havent still got my withdrawal to the skrill which should be fastest way to withdraw. Customer service tells me only a lies about withdrawal times and nothing is as they said. Im very dissapointed and this is very first time I have this kind problems with casino. Maybe this complaint will open their eyes and they will figure how bad customer service I have been given. I havent break any bonus terms.
