Unjustified confiscation of legitimate winnings


Hi i recently deposited casino adrenaline and decided to use the welcome bonus offer i played through the bonus consistently talking and being guided by support to ensure i didnt break the rules.

i followed instructions and played through my wager requirement then i continued a little bit of play, again asking support if i had hit my wager requirement ect ect then when i did
i sent into support my identification, looking forward to my claimable winnings around 1700pound ......
I went back to support to ask about how what to do if to withdraw they explained to me that everything is fine looks ok and told me how to withdraw said just click withdrawal
Before i even moved of the live chat room support my balance turned back to my deposit amount and support claimed after about 5 minutes that the system picked up a error and voided my winnings
claiming that first that i didnt follow the rules.

i ask why and support couldnt tell me just said the system done it so thats why.

I continued to state i am Kane Jones and have sent in all the correct documents and do not lie its against my religion i dont sin.

Live support then said they looked into it and said that the ip address is the issue with the accounts i said its a public wifi
support explained the rules about the 1 account per i.p. which clearly i was already a where of,
as i confirmed the terms and conditions 4-5 times with myself and support before even depsoting

I continued to explain to support that its a public wifi and i signed up at your casino in in mid January around the 14th from memory then after that date i decided to request the wifi go public to the residents in the apartment building as they always are complaining about the price of internet and its unlimited internet for life due to the agreement with the service company.

Now i cant control what who and how these people choose to use there time and what they choose to look at or do online.

Now i have documented and have photo evidence of my game play winnings all this and the entire experience right from the start of my sign up as i do with every company or industry i deal with money and personal information.

I continued with support asking them to explain alot during my deposit gameplay and events assuring that i was doing everything correctly.

So i expect my winnings back in my account i played fair and didnt even get the chance to withdraw instead as soon as i mentioned it live support my account balanced changed from the account reset back to my deposit amount and with the same bonus attached but saying i completed the wager.
i can withdraw.

I can prove all my claims with pictures recorded live chats and validation in me and my identity.
i feel completely defamed and now discriminated of/by these actions

i included basic screen shots so you can see i am experiencing what im stating
they said there looking into it and i might have to prove what im saying it feels like a excuse to try and get out of paying me.

i work hard for my money and i play and treat everyone and everything fair!

listen I do only have one account i have never registered with you guys before you cant tell me its a persons fault if someone he or she doesnt know and its publicly accessed services thats not my fault in any way i registered on the jan 14th and since then your claiming i or someone else opened an account but yet you wont say who because you know im correct.

You can not say to someone hey by the way if anyone ever joins this casino on the same wifi you joined on were going to take all your winnings and explain why like i said ammend the money back i have one account its pretty straight forward like i said now im getting assistance with this i am being defamed and accused of false accusations

Based on all the information provided from Casino Adrenaline management in regards of this case, AskGamblers Complaints Team is now able to confirm the fact that player indeed breached their Bonus Terms&Conditions as there are at least two accounts - registered, played and claimed same welcome offer, sharing one and the same IP address.

From Casino Adrenaline Terms&Conditions:
"...1.2. Those players who register more than one account in order to acquire more bonuses are not eligible to any winnings earned from these bonuses. If such a violation occurs, their accounts will be blocked without warning.

...This offer is limited to one per player, family, household, account or IP address. If it is determined that a player has broken this rule, that player’s bonuses will be removed from all accounts...."

While we could understand player's frustration and disappointment in the given situation, rules are placed for a good reason and these must be followed and respected. In case of a disagreement with our decision, we remind player that this matter could be forwarded to the relevant licensing authority directly.

2, The building I live in is 22 storeys high and has over 124 apartments internally with well over 300 residents !

Voided funds due to unclear and unproven bonus terms violation

First, let me start off by saying that I have requested a transcript of every live chat since this has started and my email still hasn't not been sent a single one. After being told by agent and the screenshots show provided show the terms that I needed and did make my 1st deposit in the amount of 10 dollars for verification. The agent and also in the terms it states the the funds from the verification needed to be wager 1x through minimum prior to being able to request a withdrawal. For crypto deposits it required the fund be wagered 3x through prior to request a withdraw. Prior having made the deposit of $10 dollars, my balance from $440.00. Having made that deposit with crypto I to the balance down to $400.00/ This made clear that the 10 deposited was wagered as well a 3 times that 10. And just to be sure I was covered as for a the wagering requirements for the verification deposited funds I left 20 still on the account and made the request to with 380.00. Withdrawal for $380 was rejected and the funds were not returned back to my balance as the now say they were voided. In a catch twenty-two the reason was terms violation for "mixing" funds. I did exactly move by move play by play what there live chat support agents also in black and white what there terms state need to be done in order to make a withdrawal and have it be from your first withdrawal having to still need to make a 1-time verification deposit what happened. This is what there terms stated and what the agent told me I needed to do to get my balance withdrawn. That was my 1st withdrawal after making my 1st deposit in order for verification to make that withdrawal I had to make a deposit of $10 1st period then in order to withdraw the money I had to wager through the deposit I had just made Or else I wouldn't be able to make the withdrawal. That only after I had accomplished those steps and completed all the requirements and followed theirs terms that I could go to my wallet and request a withdrawal and it be granted. And the answer your final question the last time I spoke to the casino was about two weeks ago. It was through live chat and was about the voided funds. The update on my request for those funds to be returned to my balance due to my explanation of,"mixing funds" as that was what they said the cause of the funds being voided. Told them that I would file a dispute and grievance if needed but that I wanted them to have the opportunity to review the issue in house. I was told that those funds were voided, I violated their terms by, "mixing funds", and that I would not be getting them returned to me.

I played a 100% match bonus at adrenaline casino. I deposited $90 and was matched with an additional $90 for a total of about 180. The wager was one times and the max cash out was none. I always make sure I read very carefully before I use any bonuses so I started out with a little over 10.??? in btc and after about 3 minutes of playing and about 20 spins in, my balance suddenly changes to zero and a pop up says out of money but the last spin I had 5.???, so in short I started out around $180 then 3 min later got down to almost 90 and then it took it all away suddenly. One of the reps will get back to me and help me with it so basically they’re going back-and-forth giving me the runaround, so I go back in chat and also reply to the pit bosses email and let them know they’re pointing the finger at each other when it comes to fixing situation. Why don’t they just fix it and chat at this moment if it’s a system error then all they need to do is give my money back in the chat. The rep said that it took the $90 bonus money from my account so basically I deposited $90 and then added their $90 bonus to it. I played $90 and then they took $90 away from me for no reason and for some reason I am waiting and waiting to get it to be fixed. They’re giving me the runaround about fixing it telling me to email this person email that person about it. I don’t understand why they can’t just fix it in chat all they have to do is give me the $90 or whatever they took out back. . When I received the email I went back to chat and told them the pitboss said the reps will let me know but the tried to tell me the email what is an automated email and it was not as you can see an automated email if it was, it would say so at the bottom and it does not. I don’t understand what is going on if it’s a system error on their part why don’t they just gave me the money back? now, anytime I try to open a chat and when they see it’s me they either never respond or automatically end the chat.
