My withdrawal and my account
Dear Sir/Madam,
On 13/8/25, I submitted two withdrawal requests of €100 each (total €200) from my account < email address removed >. Although my account was verified, I have not yet received the funds.
Furthermore, there is a technical error on your platform: the €200 still appear in my wallet as available for play, even though they have been requested for withdrawal.
I have attached screenshots as evidence. I request immediate resolution and payout of my winnings.
