Monacojack Casino Withholding Payment Since The 3rd February

Good afternoon.

I hope you are well.

I have a withdrawal pending with Monacojack, from the 3rd February, with balance waiting to be withdrawn in the account (only one active withdrawal seems to be allowed)

The total amount outstanding is €1305.25.

The account is fully verified.

I have followed this up by email, only to be fobbed off with 'We're working on your withdrawal' etc.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.

I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.

I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Should you require anything more from me, please don't hesitate to ask.

Now that this transaction is complete, you should see the funds reflected in your account shortly, depending on your bank's standard processing times. You should also now be able to initiate any further withdrawal requests for your remaining balance.

My withdrawal and my account

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 13/8/25, I submitted two withdrawal requests of €100 each (total €200) from my account < email address removed >. Although my account was verified, I have not yet received the funds.

Furthermore, there is a technical error on your platform: the €200 still appear in my wallet as available for play, even though they have been requested for withdrawal.

I have attached screenshots as evidence. I request immediate resolution and payout of my winnings.
