I have £10,000 in my account with Mirror Bingo. They fully verified my account yesterday after I did their verification process. Everytime I go to withdraw, I'm blocked from doing so despite being verified. I can't even request a withdrawal. I can still play and have access to my account, conveniently as the blocking of requests to withdraw leaves it open for me to play through the balance - which won't be happening.

I have sent e-mails but zero response has been given. There is no live chat or phone number. They do not respond to e-mails.

I deposited £2,000 and I genuinely think I have been scammed. I've have never came across not even being able to request a withdrawal before. You can usually request it and they'll leave it pending if there's an issue.

I've been given no response, no explanation, no options. They just took my money and now it seems no human being exists in the business.

I wouldn't have to escalate this if I could actually request a withdrawal but since I can't, alarm bells are ringing and I'm becoming anxious I've been scammed. I'm using ask gamblers and resolver so I can have my mind put at rest since on my own, I can't get an answer.

Thank you for your help.

An update that Mirror Bingo are allowing me to withdraw now, although not the full amount of what I have in the account all at once, it's £5,000 per day they're allowing. I've received £5,000 and waiting on a pending withdrawal for another £5,000 as we speak. I also have another £5,000 to get after that as my balance ended up reaching £15,000.

I have let Mirror Bingo know that once all withdrawals I requests reach my bank account, I'm more than happy to resolve my complaint and leave positive feedback where needed. I will let you guys decide if the case is now resolved or only once I can request withdrawals for all the funds in my account it will be resolved. Thanks
