MIrror Bingo Casino - Refusing to return my money

I am really really unhappy with this site I played on the site and I ended up winning 199.00 it stated deposit to withdraw so I deposited 10 pound when I come to withdraw it won't let me I have tried for 2 weeks to upload all different documents that have been requested from me in emails from repetitive customer services I have attached my provisional license my bank statement with address I have attached a screenshot of my bank card from my banking aop I have also uploaded screenshots of deposit receipt sent to my mobile after a deposit k have sent my NHS payslip and I have also attached a statement showing the mirror bingo deposit for 10 pound please can you just confirm my account so my withdrawal can be processed. Times are hard and this is draining.

I have £10,000 in my account with Mirror Bingo. They fully verified my account yesterday after I did their verification process. Everytime I go to withdraw, I'm blocked from doing so despite being verified. I can't even request a withdrawal. I can still play and have access to my account, conveniently as the blocking of requests to withdraw leaves it open for me to play through the balance - which won't be happening.

I have sent e-mails but zero response has been given. There is no live chat or phone number. They do not respond to e-mails.

I deposited £2,000 and I genuinely think I have been scammed. I've have never came across not even being able to request a withdrawal before. You can usually request it and they'll leave it pending if there's an issue.

I've been given no response, no explanation, no options. They just took my money and now it seems no human being exists in the business.

I wouldn't have to escalate this if I could actually request a withdrawal but since I can't, alarm bells are ringing and I'm becoming anxious I've been scammed. I'm using ask gamblers and resolver so I can have my mind put at rest since on my own, I can't get an answer.
