Unable to get withdrawal

Hello,

I played at Meridianbet on March 26th and won 2527 EUR from their slots. They asked me for my documents and I was verified by the end of March. I deposited with my Visa Debit card issued by my bank S-Pankki. I requested the withdrawal back to the same card, however the withdrawal failed immediately. I was informed by Meridianbet that I should talk with my bank about why the withdrawal was declined.

My bank informed me that sometimes the transactions fail due to international Visa security classification of the processor.

I sent the reply from my bank to Meridianbet, it seems that my banks Visa debit card cannot accept money from them.

I asked Meridianbet to provide me with an alternative method of withdrawal as the problem is not in my end. If my bank/Visa does not see them as secure then I cannot affect that.

Meridianbet has not provided me with an alternative withdrawal method or answered to my emails asking for such.

I suggest they process the withdrawal directly to the bank account to which the Visa debit card is connected or for example to an e-wallet. I have provided them proof that my bank account is connected to the card and they have all the information needed for processing the funds.

The casino asked me for uncovered photo of the card where none of the numbers can be covered. They asked for that from the original card also long time ago. I think a casino should never ask for uncovered card photos, but since there seems to be no choice, I have now sent them such picture, again.

Case is unsolved.

The first transaction attempt yesterday was unsuccessful, which is why the player was recently requested for additional details.

The issue is now being communicated directly between the player and Customer Support team according to company procedures. Therefore we consider this case to be solved and will not reply on any further messages here but only directly to the player via official channels of communication.

Cannot withdraw from Meridianbet
I am facing two major obstacles caused by Meridianbet.com which is preventing me from withdrawing my balance of 748.34 GBP. They're:

1. The withdrawal options Meridianbet.com offers does not reflect the withdrawal options listed on the AskGamblers website (the actual site severely-lacks the standard withdrawal options). For instance, according to the AskGamblers website Meridianbet.com offers these withdrawal methods: "Bank Wire Transfer, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Nordea, Diners Club International, Skrill, Mobile Payments, Meridian Betshop". On the actual Meridianbet.com withdrawal page only "Betshop, Bank Transfer and Fast Bank Transfer" are only offered. I am trying to be paid via any of these methods: Skrill, Neteller, Ecopayz, Visa but Meridianbet.com doesn't offer these withdrawal methods.

2. Customer support is non-existent and no Live Chat offered on the website. I've emailed Meridianbet.com twice explaining "how can I withdraw" - both times I didn't receive a reply.

A few days ago I emailed the following email to Meridianbet.com and I didn't receive any reply whatsoever.

I'm a Meridianbet.com customer and I'm trying to withdraw but I can't. I'm trying to withdraw via Skrill (or ecopay, Neteller) but for now Skrill is
my preferred choice. On the Meridianbet.com website under 'withdraw' my only options are:

1. Betshop (never heard of them - no instructions on where/how to set up an account with Betshop, is Betshop reputable?? etc etc)
2. Bank Transfer (I am a NZ customer - we don't use the IBAN system - again no help/instructions on the withdrawal page to clarify all this information etc)
3. Fast Bank Transfer (I am NZ customer - we don't use IBAN system - again no help/instructions on the withdrawal page to clarify all this information etc)

Please help me withdraw via Skrill! Skrill/Ecopayz/Neteller must be added to the withdrawal page so users can select these as withdrawal options!

Session limit time failure
On Tuesday 21st I joined meridianbet. The first thing I always do is set a deposit limit of £100 a month to make sure I don’t get carried away. I played a few games and won £450. I decided to quit whilst I was ahead and withdrew the money. The withdrawal process seemed a little unclear so I looked for the contact for support, eventually I found that you could only contact them via email (even though they do state they have chat 24/7) I exchanged a few emails with support who responded within 30 mins each time (though I did have to re-ask some questions until they were answered) so I was happy with the service up until that point. At about 2am I decided to reverse the withdrawal and have a bit more of a play, but before I did anything, I went back to the responsible gaming tools page and set my maximum session limit to 30 minutes, again as to make sure I didn’t get carried away. I went to play blackjack at 02:08 and had some great hands, and some not so great hands. I played for a while and then looked at the time and it was 02:57(ish) and I had not been kicked out of my session or notified if I was running low on my session time, it just let me keep on playing. The time it should have ended my season was 02:38. I immediately messaged support asking what had happened and waited for an hour until I was too tired to wait further. The next day I still had no response, so I emailed support again incase they missed the email. After a few hours of nothing I started to get the feeling they had no intention of replying, considering they had been very quick to reply the evening before. I sent another email urging them to help cooperate and look into this matter, not just for my sake but for theirs as well as it’s quite a major glitch to have on their site. I received an email that evening stating they had forwarded the messages to the responsible department. I thanked them and waited a few days to hear anything. 5 days later (yesterday) I still had no information, so I emailed again for an update and to keep me in the loop as much as possible. I then received a reply just stating they were investigating. I am still to hear anything today and it’s nearly a week since the incident. Below is proof of my deposit limits, please could you help me look into this ask gamblers
