Still haven't got my payment

I won 300e in Merideanbet casino 16.4. I made withdraw request after playing session. After few days I noticed withdraw was still not reached to my bank or I haven't got any approve message about payment. I checked my account and was not able to see my transfer in transfer history. However there is 300e in "reserved" section on my account. I sent email to Meridianbet (live chat is not available) and got answer that my request have been forwarded to relevant department. However after waiting and two reminder message I haven't got any response about this transfer and money is still waiting in reserved funds. Could you check this and pay this transfer?

Meridianbet contacted me nearly immediatelly after I have posted complaint, and asked my bank details. My original request was to VISA but after I gave bank details they returned money to my account and asked to withdraw them to bank. So I made new withdraw and money was during 5 days in reserved section, but now withdraw have been completed and I got money to bank today, so this case is resolved.

No withdrawal and no communication

Dear meridianbet.ng,

I'm writing to express my concern about a withdrawal request I placed several days ago, which hasn't been processed yet. Despite reaching out to the security team, I haven't received any feedback or updates on the status of my request.

The situation is now affecting my ability to release reserve funds, and I'm unsure what's causing the delay. I've tried contacting the security team multiple times but haven't gotten a response.

Here are the details:

Unable to get withdrawal

Hello,

I played at Meridianbet on March 26th and won 2527 EUR from their slots. They asked me for my documents and I was verified by the end of March. I deposited with my Visa Debit card issued by my bank S-Pankki. I requested the withdrawal back to the same card, however the withdrawal failed immediately. I was informed by Meridianbet that I should talk with my bank about why the withdrawal was declined.

My bank informed me that sometimes the transactions fail due to international Visa security classification of the processor.

I sent the reply from my bank to Meridianbet, it seems that my banks Visa debit card cannot accept money from them.

I asked Meridianbet to provide me with an alternative method of withdrawal as the problem is not in my end. If my bank/Visa does not see them as secure then I cannot affect that.

Meridianbet has not provided me with an alternative withdrawal method or answered to my emails asking for such.

I suggest they process the withdrawal directly to the bank account to which the Visa debit card is connected or for example to an e-wallet. I have provided them proof that my bank account is connected to the card and they have all the information needed for processing the funds.

Session limit time failure

On Tuesday 21st I joined meridianbet. The first thing I always do is set a deposit limit of £100 a month to make sure I don’t get carried away. I played a few games and won £450. I decided to quit whilst I was ahead and withdrew the money. The withdrawal process seemed a little unclear so I looked for the contact for support, eventually I found that you could only contact them via email (even though they do state they have chat 24/7) I exchanged a few emails with support who responded within 30 mins each time (though I did have to re-ask some questions until they were answered) so I was happy with the service up until that point. At about 2am I decided to reverse the withdrawal and have a bit more of a play, but before I did anything, I went back to the responsible gaming tools page and set my maximum session limit to 30 minutes, again as to make sure I didn’t get carried away. I went to play blackjack at 02:08 and had some great hands, and some not so great hands. I played for a while and then looked at the time and it was 02:57(ish) and I had not been kicked out of my session or notified if I was running low on my session time, it just let me keep on playing. The time it should have ended my season was 02:38. I immediately messaged support asking what had happened and waited for an hour until I was too tired to wait further. The next day I still had no response, so I emailed support again incase they missed the email. After a few hours of nothing I started to get the feeling they had no intention of replying, considering they had been very quick to reply the evening before. I sent another email urging them to help cooperate and look into this matter, not just for my sake but for theirs as well as it’s quite a major glitch to have on their site. I received an email that evening stating they had forwarded the messages to the responsible department. I thanked them and waited a few days to hear anything. 5 days later (yesterday) I still had no information, so I emailed again for an update and to keep me in the loop as much as possible. I then received a reply just stating they were investigating. I am still to hear anything today and it’s nearly a week since the incident. i get error code after 2 spins thats all for to day 2 spins per day on this casino ive emailed hundreds of times to get the same reply we will send it to IT next day email its fixed log in and play i reply not fixed same reply send it to it over and over again i deposited 30 pounds they will not even ansewer me when i ask for it back also it charges for the spin but does not give anything you win so catch 22 they keep sending back to log in it takes my money but does not pay the money this is got to be the worst customer service in the world i have loads of the same emails they say the same thing ive told them i canrt play on the casino but they dont even reply when i say its time to talk about returning my money so now im left just sending emails saying send a check wheres my money
