I deposited 3500 yesterday, but again the operator rejected my transaction, this has happened for the 3d time in 3 days, he takes my money and not deposit it. This is happening so frequently with many users, please return the money or give the deposit, stop cheating people of their money.

Sir this is not something that happened now , this happened on 15th April with an amount of 7500 and on 16 th with 7500rs more , was scammed of 7500 by someone whom your customer care person sent me the link and asked me to follow his orders , then yesterday again 3500 was gone , if customer cannot even deposit and looses his money just by deposit in your application what kind of impression the customers will get , that the agents and operators dealing with transaction steal their money in the beginning itself , please either return our money or deposit it back to gaming account

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Megapari regarding my account verification, which has remained unresolved for more than 15 days. I have 26400 which is stuck in megapari.

My account is currently restricted due to a pending verification, and as a result, I am unable to make any deposits or withdrawals. This has prevented me from accessing and using my account.

Over the past 15+ days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the Megapari support team through email and other available support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response to any of my emails. I have attached copies of the emails I sent as proof of my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

The main issue is that I have never been informed about the verification requirements. Despite repeatedly asking the support team how I can complete the verification process, I have received no guidance regarding which documents or identification are required. I am fully willing to provide any documents necessary to verify my account, but without any response from the operator, I have no way of knowing what is required.

The complete lack of communication from Megapari’s support team has left me unable to resolve this issue despite my continuous efforts.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter by requesting that Megapari:

* Respond to my pending support requests.
* Clearly inform me of the documents and verification requirements for my account.
* Complete my account verification as soon as possible.
* Restore full access to my account so that I can make deposits and withdrawals without further delays.
