3 days withdrawal delay


I’ve previously withdrawn money from this site and it took 2 days. It took me 3 chat visits. Three days ago I withdrew money again. I still have not received my money. I’ve spoken to chat 10 times and they keep telling me to wait 12-24 hours. I have also given them a call. They keep saying they’ve “highlighted the issue to the finance team”. It’s now over 3 days. How long am I supposed to wait??!!!

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

What an absolute nightmare of a site. First of all. I did not get my 1st deposit bonus. I did not get my 2nd deposit bonus. When I reach out to the chat about that they just said in so many words “it is, what it is”. When I tried to withdrawal it took 7 days just to bounce my money back into my account. Of course I end up losing the money. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. I would also recommend anyone joining to refrain from doing so. So many better sites. The gaslighting. The lack of urgency to “make it right”. I guess customer service is dead and Megapari is the definition of a scam.

We have received an update regarding your case and would like to clarify the situation.

The withdrawal requests were canceled, and the funds were successfully returned to your gaming account balance at that time. However, according to our records, the returned funds were later used during regular gameplay activity.

We truly understand how frustrating this situation may feel, but it is very important to avoid using the balance for gameplay while a withdrawal-related issue is under review. Continuing gameplay with those funds unfortunately prevents us from further controlling or processing the withdrawal request connected to that balance.

At the current moment, we are unable to proceed with withdrawal monitoring or escalation, as the funds related to the disputed withdrawals are no longer available on the account balance.

Another day gone by. We are now sitting at 6 days. I’ve had 3 other betting accounts automatically deposit money into my bank account without issue since I withdrew from megapari. I’ve spoken to the help chat…. Nothing…. I’ve spoken to the someone on the phone they say “I’ve highlighted the issue” and nothing has happened. Then he hung up on me. There has to be a way to either cancel the withdrawals and return the money to my betting account so I can try again or force the money through to go to my bank account.

Withdrawal and verification related issues
Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a formal complaint against Megapari regarding my account verification, which has remained unresolved for more than 15 days. I have 26400 which is stuck in megapari.

My account is currently restricted due to a pending verification, and as a result, I am unable to make any deposits or withdrawals. This has prevented me from accessing and using my account.

Over the past 15+ days, I have made multiple attempts to contact the Megapari support team through email and other available support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response to any of my emails. I have attached copies of the emails I sent as proof of my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

The main issue is that I have never been informed about the verification requirements. Despite repeatedly asking the support team how I can complete the verification process, I have received no guidance regarding which documents or identification are required. I am fully willing to provide any documents necessary to verify my account, but without any response from the operator, I have no way of knowing what is required.

The complete lack of communication from Megapari’s support team has left me unable to resolve this issue despite my continuous efforts.

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and assist in resolving this matter by requesting that Megapari:

* Respond to my pending support requests.
* Clearly inform me of the documents and verification requirements for my account.
* Complete my account verification as soon as possible.
* Restore full access to my account so that I can make deposits and withdrawals without further delays.

I sincerely appreciate your assistance and hope that, with your intervention, this issue can be resolved promptly.
