Has not paid me in over 30 days


My account has been verified for over a month and my withdrawal pending ever since.
The casino keeps telling me it will be paid shortly but the withdrawal is never sent out.

The last communication I had by email is attached here.
I would like to resolve whatever issue is going on publicly because any attempt to do it via live chat has resulted in the same response from the casino.
