They did not pay my winnings

I was playing an online slot at this casino on Dec 13-2022, and won approx 600 euros, I withdrew 500 euros on that date, and have not received the withdrawal payment I am due. I have contacted them by live chat twice. In the first instance I was informed my withdrawal was in a queue and would be paid within a few days. My second interaction with the chat operator, was no response whatsoever, so I just closed the chat window.

The chat bot suggested I email accounting@madmoney casino.com, which I did yesterday, Dec 23, but have had no response. I am waiting eight business days for my payment, which is over their three to five day withdrawal processing, as outlined in their terms and conditions.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

Today, nearly four weeks after I tried to withdraw my winnings from this casino, they paid up. I would like to thank 'Ask Gamblers.com for there assistance in getting this issue resolved. The Gaming board that licensed Mad Money Casino offer is Antillephone N.V, email contact is 'Centr­ia@­gam­ing­lic­enc­es.com' and from my reading online of other peoples experience of dealing with them, is that they seem very lax, and do very little to enforce any regulations whatsoever.
Had I been unable to secure my winnings my next step would my next step was to be to contact The Ministry of Justice of Curaçao, where the casino is licensed. There are four Gaming Boards in Curaçao which are all licensed by the Ministry of Justice,
So if a casino chooses to be licensed by such an operation, for whatever reasons, you must draw your own conclusions......... I will never use this casino again after my experience.
