Delay payment from MadMoney


Hello,

I have problem with a casino, madmoneycasino.

Short description. I am waiting 3 withdrawals requests (total 4822€) from 14/11/2022. They are telling me all the time that have issues. I suggest them to pay me through bank transfer or skrill.

Until now I got only excuses. I didn't use any bonus and my account verification has completed around 19/11/2022.

It has been more than 1.5 month and still haven't got any payouts. Can you help me please? I have screenshots and our email conversation with the casino's account department if you need any proof.
