Delaying payment of 1,000 Euros for over 40 days

I registered on this July 27th of this year.

I made 2 successful deposits, one for 200 and 1 for 120. I claimed their welcome offer on both of these deposits.

I managed to bring my balance to 1098 and completed all the wagering requirements attached to the bonus, that's when the trouble began.

I verified my account by uploading all the required documents, and then I expected to get paid. I went on chat several times a week and they gave me a variety of reasons why the withdrawal was not yet paid and always assured me it would be sorted out within "a few days". They never respond to the emails I send them, so I decided to post here with the hopes of them giving me a real time frame as to when I can receive my money.

Right now I have 1000 pending and I have a balance of 98.09.
