Delayed withdrawal to Skrill

I have requested 2 withdrawals to Skrill on August 15th, combined amount less than 800 euros. They have told me almost two weeks ago it can take up to 7 days after full KYC is completed to receive the funds. Now it is day 11.

After that they have not replied to my emails and customer support is very difficult to reach. (Not available)

I have followed all T&C and would expect Casino provider to do the same.

This unfortunately feels very grey and that they don't want pay winnings or wait customers to cancel and lose them.
