Been waiting on my redemption for 35 days and counting

Ive been a loyal member for almost a year now at luckystake. I have spent money and played their slots and always enjoyed thier site. Ive always gotten my redemption from them in the past. Even though it was a wait of 2 weeks, I never complained. That was back in May.
My last redemption was june 26th and I am still waiting as I type this ,which is 35 days now which is unacceptable. At least give me my money back that I spent on your site or send me my redemption!
