Hello, on lucky Whale casino I made 3 deposits, the first deposit 184 usdt where a bonus was activated. At the end of these (lost) funds the bonus was canceled and I decided to deposit again (second deposit 45 usdt) and to play for real money without activated bonuses because wagering is practically impossible to complete. Personal choice. The second deposit resulted in a win through a jackpot of around $1200 of which I decided to withdraw half of the 620 USDT (correctly approved) and received and to play the remainder. Then I decided to also withdraw the second part of my 609 USDT balance (DECLINED PAYMENT)
The withdrawal didn't arrive for days and I decided to make a small deposit of 10 usdt in the meantime... after which, realizing that the withdrawal still hadn't arrived, I contacted the live chat, where it was confirmed that the withdrawal had been approved but that it wasn't coming. processed due to the "countless withdrawal requests" and that I would receive the funds in a very short time.
But the withdrawal didn't arrive and I decided to write an email to technical support. The following day I received the reply from "Assigned agent: Juliana" that the proceeds were derived from an uncompleted bonus which was "objectively impossible" from the moment in which the first deposit bonus was expired and concluded, and from the moment in which the winnings were derived only and exclusively from a second deposit in real money.You can find each test attached with the screenshots I provide you. My winnings were derived exclusively from my second deposit of 45 USDT, played with real funds without any active bonus. This has been clearly outlined in my initial message and supported by the attached evidence. Therefore, the claim of any bonus-related breach is baseless.

Approval of Partial Withdrawal:
The first portion of my withdrawal (620 USDT) was approved and processed without issue. This further confirms the legitimacy of my funds and discredits any notion of irregularity.

Prolonged Delay Without Justification:
Despite initial assurances from your live chat team that my second withdrawal (609 USDT) was approved and would be processed shortly, I am still waiting. The vague reasoning of "countless withdrawal requests" and a subsequent unexplained investigation raises serious concerns about fairness and adherence to your terms and conditions.

Unacceptable Lack of Resolution:
