They froze my account without any explanation, confiscated all my funds, and I also passed KYC verification. I think their approach is unfair; at the very least, they should give me a reasonable explanation. The screenshot is evidence. The account was frozen, so I couldn't screenshot the amount on the account, but I can provide these to prove that they are real. I have $980 on my account.
