Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I am filing this complaint against Lucky Block Casino regarding the unjust closure of my account and the withholding of my funds.
I won a total of $311 and submitted all necessary KYC documents, including ID and proof of address. Despite complying fully with their verification process, my account was suddenly closed. The only explanation I received was a vague claim that I had breached their Terms and Conditions — but no specific reason or evidence was provided.
To make matters worse, they did not return my initial deposit, which is entirely my own money. I tried reaching out to their support several times but received only generic responses or was ignored altogether.
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the deposit confirmation or transaction ID because Lucky Block deleted the Telegram bot I used for communication and removed my account history, leaving me with no access to my previous activity or transaction records.

Provide a specific and valid explanation for their actions, or
Immediately return both my deposit and the $311 in winnings.
