Delayed Payment and Account Frozen
I have my account reactivated on 08th Jul 2024 and their Live Support Team have asked me number of questions which they agree to re-open my account. After re-opening my account, I deposit £2000 on 08 Jul but when I tried to play the games, it said my account is freezed and I need to provide documents 1) 3 Months Payslip 2) Last 3 Months Bank Statement Showing my salary 3) Last 3 months bank statement showing Lottomart deposit details. I have provided everything to them and then I have been waiting since that day when my account will be available. I approached their Live Chat team as every time I log-in; it shows account freeze and request me to contact their Live Support team to unfreeze my account. Their Live Support team always reply same answers for last 6 days stating the documents are still under review and any updates will be notified by email. I am frustrated with their service and would like to officially close their service and just want my £2000 refunded back to my account which I have registered with them.
Enclosed you can see their communications and also at two times they replied my account is Ok to use but when login it shows freezed and their team said it’s a wrong email sent.
Pls help me to take this matter directly with them.
