Longtime customer and VIP member not paid on time


I am waiting on a 1380.00 payout. I have been a customer and a vip player with Silveroak for years. i have received payouts in a timely fashion always.
I have received emails saying that all my documents are in place. I have had correspondence with my VIP host via email. I am still waiting.
Win was December 27th, approved on January 4th, today is February 13th and still no payout. I have called the customer service number repeatedly and no one has ever answered the phone. I have had multiple discussions via live chat...all with the same response....we will escalate your payout but it is a 3rd party paying and we have no control.
