I submitted a withdrawal request for $999 on November 4, 2017 and it was approved on November 16, 2017 (11/16/2017 10:46 AM Check Withdrawal Approved!, -$999.00). 24 days have elapsed since this request was approved and no payment has been received. Your help in resolving this matter would be appreciated.
