Long-delayed payments


Hello Ask Gamblers,

I'm hoping you can help me. I won some money at Club Player casino early this year, and I have 2 payouts owing. Both have been approved, one for $1066 on April 27, and the other for $2260 May 16. I've made another withdrawal request tonight for an additional $2500, but I don't know how long that will take to go through. The casino owes me quite a lot--over $16,000--and at this rate it will take a very long time to collect all of my winnings. I'd like to make more withdrawal requests, but I've been waiting for months for these 2 first.

I've contacted support staff a few times and they've told me that they'll send messages to the finance department, but I still haven't received anything. Last month I sent in updated account documents and ID, so my account information should all be up to date. I'm concerned that as so much time has passed, they may have lost my withdrawal requests or the cheques have been sent to a wrong address. Are you able to help in any way? Much appreciated, tks.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

I have received all of the payouts requested months ago, thanks. Just waiting for the 2 new requests for $2500 each sent earlier this month to be approved.
