Rich Casino - Unable to log into my account, support ignoring my emails

Hello,

For a week I've been not able to log-in to Rich Casino. I've been using Rich Casino for more than a month on a daily basis. Never experienced technical issues of that kind. Whenever I try to log-in the log-in form just reloads for a second but nothing happens. The CS does not reply to any of my emails. In fact, they did not reply to any of my emails since I've been a registered customer. The very first email which I've sent on January 27 has not been answered until today. I sent them emails in German and English since they have a livechat agent who answers in German and English. But no reaction from their side. Unfortunately the live chat is only available when I'm logged into my account.

Can you help me to establish a connection to Rich Casino via Skype or on any other channel?

I simply don't know what to do. It's worth mentioning I have around 9,000 EUR on my account.

I appreciate every help you can give me.

Please note that we have called and emailed the customer and he was able to log in, as no restriction was set on the account.

I can confirm yesterday I received a phone call and things got sorted out. I'm still curious what the problem was and whether it was a technical issue or not.
