Hi , I used leo vagas in the past so I thought I would try my luck again! , I have a joint bank account with my son but I acsidently put his long card number instead of mine even tho it's the same account anyways I notified leo vagas of this I resived a email saying that it's fine to use this card but any further deposits on this card will be void , I then opened up live chat to make sure with the relevant department that I can withdraw this time but in future use the right card I made sure 100% and they agreed that I can withdraw after they got through to the relevant department , I saved all emails and screenshotted proof of the live chat anyways today I got a email after my withdrawl got canceld and my account blocked stating that I used my son's card and it's not allowed even tho I have proof that they agreed I can withdrawl but not use the card again .

£20 pound deposit withdrew £900 pound

I have now resived a email stating to send proof that the bank card I have deposited on is a joint account that I also own,
