Leo vegas have been pretty appalling, if you are reading this before signing up, please reconsider as there are much better sites out there.

The verification has taken much longer then expected, they have been chasing my details since day 1, due to working shifts as a driver, i couldnt respond right away. This has delayed the winnings (surprise surprise) being taken and they have been sat in my account for almost two weeks now. As soon as i was able, i submitted my verification details to prove on the link they provided via email. Since then i have heard nothing from them, not even an acknowledgement when i emailed the support team that i sent it. Nothing. They would send me multiple emails a day before hand, and now nothing. Why has this taken so long? I have other accounts sorted within 48 hours and they have the courtesy to keep me informed if there are any issues.

I am very worried about this site, this is very sloppy practice for a new customer. Even if there was a backlog, i should be informed. Not just left with my money to go at your own pace.

So, why is this taken so long? Why has Leo gone so quiet? The funny thing is, my friend signed up the next day as he thought the 100% profit boost offer was great! He lost, however he had his account verified in under 30 hours! The difference is, he lost. And i won?

If this is how you treat people who play fair and win fairly then I think i will stick to the websites i know. I just want my money and to get away from this ridiculous service.

Hello, this issue has been resolved now.

The live chat team where fantastic and sorted all issues. I'm yet to receive my money but I'm confident I will get that no problem.

Please resolve this issue.
