I have had my leovegas account for over 5 years and anytime verification has been requested I have always provided the documents and never had any issues. This past month I have won more then I have deposited. The last was 700$ on free spins and $1200cad on a 50$ deposit. After the $1200 withdrawal my account is blocked indicating proof of income and statements from my muchbetter wallet. I have submitted these with no response, and forwarded the same documents 3 times to support with no response. Truly think this os unfair considering I have committed alot of time, money into this casino, it was my preferred place to play for over 5 years. Why never ask for documents, verification in over a year but as soon as the favor in not the casino's, you block and restrict a player?
